Boulder's worst intersection video by Jann Scott

Boulder Colorado worst traffic intersection is at 28th Street and Jay Road. There are at least 12 serious wrecks here a year. People have called the city repeatedly to put turn arrows in, but the city is too dumb to do it. Too dumb ?? Yes Too f-----g stupid to put in turn arrows to save lives. See the first frame of the video above.? they have the lights which take turn arrows but they won't put them in. What the F---? Why not?? Well, because the city transportation department is too stupid for common sense. Oh Jann come on now... you are being insensitive. Shut up.
